Our mission is to bridge the gap in child care access by providing vital facilities funding and expert guidance to providers, child care centers, and affordable housing developers.

BuildUp Oregon offers grants and loans to eligible providers, prioritizing the increase of slots for Preschool for All in Multnomah County and co-location within affordable housing developments statewide. Our diverse range of assistance options is tailored to support providers in enhancing and expanding their facilities and programs.

Additionally, BuildUp Oregon provides expert guidance, known as technical assistance, to qualifying providers, addressing their specific needs and challenges. Our dedicated advisors are here to support you every step of the way.
